The VW California roof shelf is made from black 10mm PVC foam. Quick and easy to fit. It fits direct in the grooves of the Upper bed. You will need to remove the shelf when getting up and down from the Upper bed.

Was thinking of making something to do what this does. This is simple & effective and was perfect for a couple of small tower fans, mobile phone & bottle of water. Best of all VWCC shop got it to me in less than 24 hours when I asked for an unreasonable delivery timeframe. Thanks VWCC shop!

Fantastic….makes a big difference in the van. Wish it came in a lighter colour though, to make it easier to see… keep bashing my head lol

We find this very useful for storing small items like phones, cups etc. Fits quickly and easily. As said previously a lighter colour would be better and rounded edges would be good when you catch it with your head. Overall well worth having.
